Delivery time and shipping costs

Products will be shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 business days. If there are any delays, please contact hello@kindasocks.com and we will review your request.

When buying products with a value of 25€ or more, shipping is free. If the order is less than this value the shipping costs will be 1.50 €.

 

Shipping Responsibility

Kinda Socks is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items by the mail and upon delivery of goods to the carrier, will not assume the risk of loss of the goods. We are not responsible for any additional shipping charges and fees incurred at customs clearance, including any additional fees and taxes.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

If, by any reason, you are not entirely satisfied when you receive your order, you will have 30 days from the original date of the transaction to return it for exchange or refund. To return or exchange, check that the merchandise has not been used, and that labels and packaging are intact.

The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs to Kinda Socks.

If you request a refund, you will receive the full amount of the goods (original shipping charges will not be refunded). We are not responsible for any goods lost during return shipping.

 

How to return or exchange?

Send an email to hello@kindasocks.com and tell us your name, email, order number and which goods you want to return. We would love to hear your feedback!

 

Processing time

If you requested an exchange, we will process it as soon as possible after receiving it. You will receive a confirmation email when processed. Refunds are also processed shortly after receiving the product.

 

Payment Methods

You can pay through bank transfer in advance, MB Way or Paypal.
